When we were approached by Hanson & Hanson Development, they were in the process of renovating a building and turning it into luxury condos in Washington, DC.  They had not yet developed a brand identity for their project or any marketing communications.

We worked together with Hanson & Hanson Development and created a brand identity for what they wanted to call "Soteria Brownstone Condominiums".  Starting first with creating a logo and message, we developed for them a brand that communicated modernity, warmth, and luxury.  We also developed a website that would impress the clientele they were targeting.  With that, we also developed a flyer for distribution. 

The goal was simple - to sell the condos as soon as possible.  Within just a few short months after the completion of our project for Hanson & Hanson Development, all units were sold.  See more in our Case Studies.
